Very unprofessional. I could barely hear the lady on the phone because it sounded like they were having a party and then acted as if she was to busy to assist me on the phone. They clearly don't care about business. Will never refer them to anyone nor try calling back. That was just plain ridiculous service, if you could even call it service.
