Dan McClusky refused to honor his warranty. Like so many contractors, he was long on promises and short on delivery. When he provided a quote to replace shingles and repair the roof deck he led me to believe his crew would perform the work and that he would be on site to supervise the work. After the crew showed up and began tearing shingles off I discovered that he had hired a subcontractor with whom there was a language barrier. I can not say enough about this team. Dan was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a roof color (who knew there were so many 🤷♀️). I was able to see roofs they installed within the neighborhood which helped me decide on what I chose. This was way more helpful than pictures. Dan’s team, led by Ben, took care of covering my plants and moving all items away from the home so they would not be damaged. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up nicely. They made sure all nails were picked up etc.
Our roof was damaged from Hurricane Ida. Mac Bros Co completed a whole new roof for us. They did great work & am extremely happy with how quickly they got it done. They were great about picking up all trash and nails. They even knocked on my neighbors door asking to get in their yard to pick up or check for debris that fell over their fences. Very happy with their work!
Highly recommend! They were quick, professional, and affordable. The job went smoothly and came out even better than we expected.
