Phenomenal service by Jeff who I found easy to work with and reasonably priced for the report I needed. I’m out of state, and was able to get my wind mitigation scheduled and done with a phone call and a couple of emails in just a few days. The report, including photos of my new roof far exceeded my expectations, and now I’m just waiting to hear from my insurance company how much I will be saving on my annual premium! Thanks Jeff!
Jeff was able to schedule my inspection quickly. I was able to pay online. The inspection report was available the evening of the inspection. The report was thorough and contained pictures of everything that was inspected. I’m very pleased with Jeff and Mac Atlantic Inspection Services and highly recommend him.
Jeff was great! Contacted me the day before both inspections he did for me just to explain the process and see if I had any specific concerns/questions. Extremely knowledgeable with what he’s looking at/for and obviously having a construction background makes him perfect for the inspection side of things! Couldn’t have been nicer, takes his time and does a thorough job! Explains anything and everything you’ve got questions about. I can’t say enough good about the guy, HIGHLY recommend!!
