We've been here twice for boat rentals. Friendly staff and super convenient!
HIGHLY recommend this company! The tritoon we rented was so nice. The boys gave us a really thorough rundown on how to drive the boat and even helped my sister and I blow up our floaties!
We loved our boat rental with MAC Adventures. Check in was simple and the dockhands were helpful and knowledgeable. We felt the price was the best in the Holland area as well. We will rent again if we're able to!
I very rarely leave reviews but I had to for this.. By far the best customer service experience I've come across in a long time. My family got stranded a couple hours before our reservation and John and all the staff did everything they could to help my family through what was a day going horribly wrong. They even tried to get us on boat early so that we weren't waiting around all day with my toddler and older mother. They even entertained my son when they saw he was getting antsy from sitting around. Then they helped unload... read more
