Mac 5 techs and service people are all great. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. It's the sales tactics the company employs I dislike. They are also quite expensive, but don't worry! They have their predatory loan partner right there to assist with financing options. 4 stars because as a service company, they are a great team. But they will also try to upsell you into debt.
Derruab was knowledgeable, honest, informative, and friendly. He provided great advice and did a great job.
5 stars to Roger and Glen for prompt and professional service. They took the time to explain to me what to expect and then showed me the new in/outs of the my AC. Thanks guys.

We were adding new light fixtures in our master bath an so we called Mac5, an they were very good about sending someone right off but had to cancel until the next morning.Now Wednesday morning they called to let me know a tech was on his way,Jackson Avery arrived and was very polite and professional, I will ask for him again.
