I went to mac at devonshire mall for the first time to buy just one product. I went there at January 20 around 6-7:30pm may be and the customer service representative person named fiona and other with scarf around her head was so so so nice . I felt very overwhelmed. I went there for one single product and they gave me many gifts and not only gifts their services , way of treating guest was soooo incredible that i think everyone in the customer service company should work like them . All of the workers at Mac were great. I want to put the spotlight on the one who helped me find the perfect products - Jojo! She was very personable and made purchasing new makeup fun! I felt confident in her makeup knowledge and will return!
