I visited MAC today and was extremely impressed with the customer service. In particular, I would like to commend Marthew for his outstanding assistance. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

I used to love MAC. With ridiculous prices, I remained loyal because of their N4 Studio fix powder which I loved. Well, they just changed the formula and it sucks! It's on par with the Elf product that's comparable. I'll likely use that from now on. I have no reason to go there anymore.

This store was so great. Geoff was great in dealing with customers like us. He cater us like with delight and happiness which is very welcome and must check this store again. Great staffs like Geoff is super nice. Very helpful to us new customers

I visited the Mac store today and had a mixed experience. The boy who was working there was not polite. When I entered the store, he didn’t even acknowledge me, even though he was free at that time. Later, when I politely asked about a sale, he responded by saying he was busy with another customer, that was okay but his tone felt a bit arrogant and dismissive. Picked up some supplies for my wife, awesome customer service. In and out in 3 minutes, a couple of jokes because I didn't know what I was doing. Kudos to the staff, well done, wish everything was this efficient!
