I had an amazing experience at MAC Cosmetics thanks to Mathew. Mathew explained everything so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each product before buying. Very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I felt well guided and confident in my choices, and everything recommended suited exactly what I was looking for. Outstanding customer service and a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommend asking for Mathew!

Staff is friendly but the products suck. Higher price doesn't mean better. Guess I'll stick with Loreal.

I visited MAC today and was extremely impressed with the customer service. In particular, I would like to commend Marthew for his outstanding assistance. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

I used to love MAC. With ridiculous prices, I remained loyal because of their N4 Studio fix powder which I loved. Well, they just changed the formula and it sucks! It's on par with the Elf product that's comparable. I'll likely use that from now on. I have no reason to go there anymore.

This store was so great. Geoff was great in dealing with customers like us. He cater us like with delight and happiness which is very welcome and must check this store again. Great staffs like Geoff is super nice. Very helpful to us new customers
