I had such a wonderful experience at MAC Cosmetics today! Vin was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect shade for me. Vin was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I ended up finding a colour I absolutely love, and honestly, I liked another one so much too that I'll definitely be back to buy it very soon. Thank you Vin for the great service and for making shade-matching so easy and fun

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit to MAC today. My sister and I were the first ones in line, but the sales associate helped another customer before assisting us. It was pretty frustrating, and it made us question the purpose of waiting in line.worst experience ever will never visit again.

I had an amazing experience at MAC Cosmetics thanks to Mathew. Mathew explained everything so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each product before buying. Very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I felt well guided and confident in my choices, and everything recommended suited exactly what I was looking for. Outstanding customer service and a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommend asking for Mathew!
