The lady who served me was great at foundation matching. But then she asked me if I had veneers/crowns, and then she did a subtle snicker… Excuse me, mam, but that piece of fabric glued to the top of your head like an arts and crafts project wasn’t very subtle either. That wig isn’t fooling anybody.
Dreadful, unhelpful, worse store ever been to thanks to Ms Blue-Mckenizie. Rude and argumentative. Horrid experience.
I had such a lovely experience at this MAC location today. I was looking for new lipstick and ended up purchasing foundation and blush too. The staff were very accommodating and really matched my skin tone well. Thank you!!
The first woman who I try asking for help, had very little knowledge of the products on display. Instead of having a laugh with your con workers, learn what you’re selling! Second woman was okay, again, very little knowledge of what’s on display.
