Le service à la clientèle de MAC est le service client le plus horrible. Leur clientèle n’est vraiment pas une priorité pour eux. J’aime beaucoup mieux Sephora.

I am extremely disappointed and, honestly, I have no words to describe my experience today. I went to MAC at Carrefour in the middle of the rain and storm with the intention of purchasing multiple products to complete my collection. Unfortunately, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The employee who assisted me, a blonde-haired older woman, had a very poor attitude and did not provide any helpful advice or product recommendations. I visited this store last week and Carmela did my makeup. She was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. She’s very professional and talented and you can tell she loves what she does. She asked me what’s the look I’m going for so I showed her an inspiration pic and she did it 10 times better than the picture. Thank you Carmela you were so lovely, I’ll definitely come back.
