I would give a zero star if I had to. Horrible attitude by the old lady working on Friday evening on 25/07/25. Threw the makeup remover wipe at me. Check cameras. I asked for a foundation sample kept insisting on a darker shade and was extremely dismissive. I am avid Mac customer and this attitude really put me off. Please learn some customer service skills. Thanks

My friend and I had such a great experience at M·A·C, all thanks to Carmela. She was so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We originally just went in for a lipstick my friend wanted to try, but we ended up testing out a bunch of different lipsticks and lip liners. Carmela was super helpful and gave really honest advice, but she also made sure to listen to what we liked and felt comfortable with.
