The worst customer service I’ve ever had and they keep putting reps who don’t cater to black skin
Hello, this would be an awful experience for me. The manager and staff are super unprofessional. The staff was Laura and the manager wouldn’t even tell me her name. I ordered a foundation online, and i received the incorrect item and they did not want to exchange it at the store since i had ordered it online. Instead of returning it in UPS its easier for me to return it in the store and online it says that we are able to return in store. The manager and staff would laugh and gossip about me.
