I went to store for foundation shade . Lady who was working there didn’t want to help . I always have good experience at mac . I have been using Mac foundation for 5 yrs but wanted to change to newer one . Please go some where else, this store is not well managed .

I went to MAC store in macys which is in stonebiar mall. There is a guy who is hefty and bulk I asked him to choose a right foundation and he just started showing his attitude. Never recommend mac in stonebiar mall. He’s just there to sell the products but he acts like he’s owner of the entire MAC brand. I guess even the real one doesn’t have that attitude. He don’t know how to talk to a customer I do really wonder how such kind of people can be hired in MAC

i hate reviews but needed to address how easy lack of attentiveness creates a loss sale. You all would've landed a sale just off the strength of willingness to help me out in a binding moment but i guess it was assumed i wasnt going to purchase anything of which that was not my intent, my intent was to not only pay for my MUA service but also to buy the items used on me to keep up the look for future events. i waited patiently for 45 mins while other patrons were being serviced i finally had to just leave the guy at the cash... read more
