Believe the reviews. They are bad! Worst customer service and experience. Made an appointment, explain to the girl on the phone, what I wanted. Clarified with her that it was a sign in problem and it was two devices. She said no problem . Proceeded to make an appointment for me. I asked her if I needed two appointments she said “no” she was quite pleasant and delightful. But from the moment I arrived, the floor staff were so negative. Great customer service! I've been buying my Make-up here since a couple of years now and it's always been a pleasant experience
