Horrible experience, damaged and scarred my face, unhygienic, unprofessional staffs. I have wasted my time and money for something that is absolutely not worth it. If you wanna damage your face you can try this place, they will give you a scared face and not apologize or give you your money back.
I found this place with a Groupon and have been a regular customer for a few years. They offer great deals and monthly specials, and are just a lovely group of people to be around. I don't necessarily come here for a luxury escape from everyday life like some spas offer, I come here for results and that's exactly what I get every time. Thanks Mabel and Anna!
I had my first facial here last week and it was not a great experience . Within minutes of laying down I was bombarded with deals and “upgrades” that I should take . I was too shy to say anything and agreed to pay an extra $35 for “extras”. This “facial” felt like a torture session, my face was scrubbed raw, my esthetician told me she must pop the small, barely noticble minuscule white heads on my face , it was SO painful and unnecessary. Quality skin care services and reasonable pricing. Trust their advice and in the middle of their recommended skin care treatment program. Love the result I'm seeing.
I had seen Mabel for years and it was great. In the last year I have stopped because it became harder and harder to make appointments. I started using only the products and not services. When I first purchased the acne treatment gel I loved it and Mabel claimed her products were created by her. I just googled the acne treatment gel and you can get it on amazon exact same bottle (she doesnt even repackage to her own) for a fraction of what she charges.
