Terrible to rent from. Impossible to contact, the homes are built poorly and they charge you monthly for pest control but never perform it.
Camden homes is horrible when it comes to communication. They never answer the phones and tell you to send a email when the finally get In touch with you. And when you send an email they take for ever to reply. But don’t be one day late on your rent they will harass you daily. I don’t understand why they are like this when it comes to their residence.
