IN THE THREE YEARS I HAVE LIVED HERE, THE SO-CALLED PEST CONTROL THAT WE PAY FOR EVERY SINGLE MONTH HAS ONLY BEEN HERE THREE TIMES AND NEVER SEEN AGAIN. Terrible to rent from. Impossible to contact, the homes are built poorly and they charge you monthly for pest control but never perform it.
