The counselors at Mabank Counseling Solutions are the real deal. Honest, compassionate, and really helped me. Said what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear, and changed my life for the better. I would trust anyone I know to their care.
walked in on my counselor speaking with bald guy who also works here about how angry she gets when she thinks about immigrants in this country. very unprofessional, will not be coming back or recommending. seeing as I got the oldest counselor here I thought she would be wiser? also having problems with insurance, said it would be covered and now insurance says the won't be covering my sessions. save yourself the headache or disgust. dispeakable behavior. should be fired for that hate speech honestly.
We made an appointment with this company and we’re told we had to pay their fee of $150.00 up front because they had trouble getting claims paid by United Healthcare. We paid them and filed our own claim with united healthcare. While reviewing my claims with United healthcare I saw a claim THEY submitted to united healthcare and were paid for that claim. I have seen Eric Ward, and he is absolutely fantastic at Mabank Counseling Solutions! I highly recommend him if you are going through it (and “it” can be anything from depression to struggling with being an ‘empty nester’ like I was…..which is hard after years of raising your children.) If you need a great counselor to listen and help you, I would recommend Eric!
