RecommendedI’ve never received such kindness from a vet clinic before. The staff was very sympathetic to me and my situation with my cat, Tommy. they went out of their way to make sure I was cared for, when I know for a fact that other veterinarians would have just turned me away. I can’t thank the staff more for their compassion, & what they have done for me and my Tommy. They will continue to have my business.
I think there staff needs people skills, called them twice on a flea refill and was told they would call me back ( Veronica ) but she never did. I went there with my pet at 11 am and was told to come back around 1 pm, hang out for 2 hrs for a flea pill. I guess they no longer need my business, I recommend you find a vet that will do what they say, disgruntled X customer.
They deserve zero stars. Worst experience. No professionalism. Don’t take your dog here. My dog was hit by a car and I took her here to get X-rays. They told me her vertebrae was shattered (it wasn’t), That her tail was severed (it wasn’t), they gave her no pain medication, and when I walked in (after over an hour) to ask for an update, I saw her laying on the floor with another dead dog in the same room. It all started 4 months ago when I dropped my dog off for 3 days of boarding. When I came back to get him after 3 days of vacation I came back to a completely different dog, the dog that almost died. I have called on day 2 to see how he was doing and the answer was -" He is doing great, everything is fine ". I’m not happy with the care my puppy received at this place. No one said a word about her leg not having feeling. There is just so much I can’t describe. But please consider a different place should your precious pet need care! Thanks to the mis-care...my puppy may very we’ll lose her leg!

You can walk in anytime and they will take care of your pet. My Basset Hound had a third eye lid covering her eye and they took care of her right away. Dr Neeley is really good. She checked all her vitals and her eyes. She cleaned her eyes and checked for scratches in her eye and put medicine in. I was so afraid when I got there. Dr. Neeley had my Basset hound seeing when we left. I was so HAPPY.
Money hungry... I called to get a quote and was told one price and that it didn’t matter if I brought my dogs in Wednesday or any day because what they were getting was the same any day. I go in today and they charged an office visit that I was told over the phone they didn’t need because it was just the 6mo heartworm preventive shot. I will be going back to my old Vet even if it’s a two hour drive because they care about my furbabies.
The staff is awesome and Dr Kinnard is wonderful.
