I strength train 5x/week at a 24 by my house but I felt like I could be doing more in the sense of challenging myself so I started looking into Cross Fit gyms and came across MABA. I decided to check them out and another place in Concord. The first class I was greeted by the owners by name (since I registered ahead of time) and other members introduced themselves to me. Super clean facility, great atmosphere, and plenty of equipment so you never have to wait. 10/10 recommend
