The gym staff are friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. They’re always quick to answer questions about memberships and class schedules, and they make new members feel welcome. When I had an issue with my account, it was resolved quickly without any hassle. Overall, the customer service makes the gym a comfortable and motivating place to work out.
