Very good customer service.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful necklace from Maaya Fine Jewels.Since I was purchasing remotely, they took the time to do video calls with me and patiently showed me all the details of the pieces before I made my decision. The necklace I purchased is absolutely beautiful and the quality is excellent. It arrived safely, was shipped to me free of charge, and came with all the necessary certificates and documentation, which gave me great confidence in the purchase. Really had a great experience shopping at Maaya Fine Jewels. Team is really excellent, patience, and have knowledge about their products (esp. Sandhya and Himaja). They know to show or recommend the right pieces of jewelry keeping into customer needs. I would recommend Maaya Fine Jewels a go to shop for any occasion to purchase .
Visited Maaya Fine Jewelry showroom on Oaktree Road to buy gift items with friends. We are very much pleased with the fine collection at the store. The staff explained very clearly all the details very patiently. Bought the gift items and happy with the purchase. Definitely will recommend to friends.
I had a custom engagement ring made here and the whole experience was seamless. They took the time to thoroughly explain the entire design process and made sure all my questions were answered. The pricing was extremely reasonable and they actually delivered the finished ring ahead of schedule. The quality and craftsmanship are stunning. Highly recommend them!
