I purchased my MAAX spa about 7 years ago, so far about 1/3 of the jets have broken and fallen out of the holdings. I can understand some maintenance being required but this is unacceptable. To top it off, replacements cannot be purchased directly from the company, which in my case the company is about 5 miles from me. One of reasons I purchased a MAAX was that it was a local business.
