I purchased my Soft Tub from Coastal Soft Tub in Ventura a few years ago and continue to use their services. They are amazing and have such great Customer Service I use them for all my supplies, and occasionally would bring in a sample of my water where they would test it for me and tell me exactly how I’m doing and what I might need to make my water crystal clear. Our Softub was around 3 yrs old when it started to leak and it was still under warranty. Took the tub to Coastal and they could not find a leak. Took the tub home and it still leaked. Took it back to Coastal within 90 days for repair. They still could not find the leak and said it needed valve repair. Competed the repair. Took it home and the tub still leaks. I do not think that they know what they are doing there. Beware.
Very easy to work with. They answered all of my questions very promptly and I never felt pressured to buy. Delivery was quick, very efficient, very thorough.
I’m so pleased with the hot tub we bought there 11y ago. Excellent service from friendly folks.
Very nicely decorated with many hot tubs to check out. Had to get brand new headrest for our hot tub and they had them in stock! Totally thrilled, definitely coming back if anything comes up. The staff were very kind. Fully stocked above and beyond.
