Beware of this agent. My policy was changed twice without my knowledge and I was charged for the change of the policy .When I acquired about it he couldn’t give me no explanation but your husband has an accident which popped up later so he said. He told me he didn’t know why the underwriter took off my driver defense discount and that it goes by which car you drive the most. Ridiculous. He then refused to switch me to another agent and told me to do it myself that he don’t work for nothing. How rude.
