Bad Experience From the initial phone call, to the service. This company is no good. This company does NOT take responsibility for their work, they are all for making a dollar and not your wellbeing. If you’re looking for a towing service do yourself a favor and call ANYONE else! It will be worth the wait to not use these guys.
One of the very few service shops in Bismarck that actually know how to repair and do maintenance on German automobiles. They are also timely with fair pricing and have a good tow service.
My roadside assistance let me know these guys would be there to get my truck. When they called they said they give discounts on work for tows, I said I was having towed home until payday. They said leave the keys the truck would pick it up later. 15 - 20 minutes later. I get the notification that they can no longer complete my tow. I’m still waiting for a tow. I cannot say for sure but logic dictates they canceled it because I refused to let them fix it.
