Use them once and they didn't strap tires down or anything car fell off tow truck they said they would repair it and never did and now I just seen a video on Facebook where the Moss towing company is pulling the Subaru and messing up the differential because they don't know how to tow vehicles do not use them and mine was the owner of the company to win the vehicle
They were supposed to tow my car from a gas station in Bismarck to the truck stop in mandan instead they stole my car funny how they just so happen to service German cars and I have a jetta that came up missing in their care seriously garbage company
He overcharged parts and labor hours. Truly and honestly not recommended.
Locked keys in vehicle , insurance roadside assistance used. Was told 45 to 75 minutes originally only to have call canceled by Maas Euro worx to cancel 30 minutes later. I will be contacting my insurance company on the matter especially after reviewing reviews that this seems common. Huge thanks to NDcarkey for coming out and helping after Maas left us in the cold. I locked my keys in my car at 4:26 pm. I was told FOUR times that someone would be here in half an hour to open my door. They said they would ask the driver where he was, and then did not give me a response back. When I tried to call back, I was met with some attitude. I am very disappointed, and would not recommend coming here if you want a job well done.
