Partner went in for a booked appointment 3 weeks back and was left sitting in the waiting room for over a hour until reception said the doctor had already left and there were no others available to see her. 2 weeks back I went in for a booked appointment and waited for almost 2 hours until reception told me they marked me as arrived and the doctor changed it to not show then left without saying anything, even reception wasn't pleased.
