I am going to write this review as if I am speaking to the doctor: You have the bedside manner of a badger. When a patient or his family asks a question that to you might seem ignorant, it very rude to reply, "That should not even be on your mind right now!" Or, if you tersely respond with "This is the issue I am focusing on right now" in a very condescending tone, that is also rude.
