Went to see this Medical practitioner for health advice but he turned conversation into something else. Very condescending, insulting and disrespectful to the patient. What we need when we see a medical professional is compassion and understanding. Not a tense intellectual debate or semantics but a practical recommendation to resolve health situation and get better soon. Appalled by his demeanor. Wish I can escalate this to a higher authority and claim refund of fees towards my visit.
5 minute appts. He just looks at numbers. Does not like to answer questions. Can be rude.

If you have chosen Dr. Barhoum to be your endocrinologist to help you with your diabetic journey, you have made a great choice! I feel he always has the best treatment in mind for me. Some things aren’t easy, but the results speak for themselves. He is very knowledgeable and wants the best for you, his patient. His office is one of the most efficient offices I have ever dealt with and his staff is friendly and respectful. I am extremely happy that I have chosen him and would highly recommend him!
I've been with Dr. Barhoum for close to a decade now and I'm quite happy with my numbers ( Type 1 Diabetes). Is he on the stricter side? Yes, but that is what most Diabetics need. I feel as if the one-star reviews are people that don't want to be told what to do. Dr. Barhoum and staff do care about you and getting your numbers managed.
