Very bad customer service. After the repairs are done, i expect the car to be washed where the repair is completed. But apparently we need to go in person and ask them to clean the repair area because they don’t do it unless we ask. And i noticed a couple of scratches on the car and i was asking to take a look at the pictures but they became so defensive. One thing i learned is always have your own pictures taken before u drop off your car at the body shop
Thank you to Ylma, David, and Freddy for fixing up my Mazda Miata. I love the work you guys did... to the point where I'm giddy! The dimples, ripples, and scrapes are gone. And the paint matches perfectly. The car looks new again! I highly recommed this shop! Here are my before and after photos...
Shout out the owner David, manager Freddy and the whole team for helping me bring my vision to life on my MR2. They did an amazing job paint matching the side skirts, front lip and rear spats. Along with respraying miscellaneous areas of my car that the last shop messed up on. They also went above and beyond by prepping/respraying my side moldings for free! The team is phenomenal. David helped me understand the process seamlessly. Kim (insurance side), Emma (customer side), Freddy (mechanic side) and Victor helped me at each step. They are all very professional, courteous and pleasure to work with.
