Great service and communication from everyone on the team! Mary worked with us every step of the way and was very transparent about what everything cost and what was necessary. We never felt pressured, which is not usually the case as a woman in an auto shop. The repairs were done very well, and they gave the car a thorough cleaning on top of it. Mary and Adam were absolutely great! Ben from Elite Towing sent me over to some good folks when I was stranded at 2 in the morning. When they opened up around 8am they took care of me with the upmost sincerity, as though I was one of their own, even despite being on my last dime! I can't thank them enough!
