I don't know why they put this lady as front desk or customer service. Her name is Kim. Very unprofessional. When I told her about my complain, instead of listening, she was mad and very defensive. Took my car for a small paint blemish. When I picked it up, the clearcoat looks so scratched up. You can see a lot of scratch/swirl from the buffer. Removed a dent and the paint was an excellent match. Kim in the front office is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Maaco .
