This has been, hands down, the worst repair experience I've ever had. Three missed deadlines. Three supplemental invoices. And when I was finally told the car was ready, there was a glaring “Park Assist Unavailable” error on the screen. Chloe claimed everything had been calibrated, but has yet to provide a shred of proof.
