Lady at desk gave me an estimate from inside the building of $4200 to paint my truck. Wouldn’t even go outside to look . Said she would give another estimate for $25 very unprofessional.
The staff was professional and personal. They answered all questions and provided a fair quote for the service requested. The turnaround time for work on my vehicle was swift but didn't feel as if they rushed the job. Went to a few other places and this Maaco was hands down worth it. I highly recommend.
The experience were professional handled.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Maaco. I paid to have scratches repaired on my vehicle, but the same scratches reappeared within about 15 days. I returned the car and gave them the chance to fix the issue, but even after two additional visits, the repairs did not last and the scratches came back. Since my original visit, the location has changed management and the employee who initially helped me is no longer there, making it harder to get consistent answers and accountability.
