Two weeks ago my car was broken into and the criminals destroyed the ignition, steering column, and smashed a window. On top of the violation of having my car targeted, I then had to deal with an insurance company that gave me nothing but the runaround. EDIT to ensure accuracy :) I did accept responsibility for the hit and run. My point of contention was driving an hour each way to hand deliver a check. Once I finally got an address - I mailed a check. let me know if your details differ. thanks big guy maybe you can teach me sometime. awful experience. GM is quite the character….
