Let’s start with the shop clean and well equipped everyone was very nice and professional I got a dent fixed and painted I was very pleased with the work and the price of the job. I would recommend this shop

I had an appointment for Friday morning, November 28, 2025, Black Friday, day after Thanksgiving. Drove 45 minutes on my day off to get an estimate. No one there. Closed for long holiday weekend. No sign on door. I called corporate headquarters while I waited. They told me they were closed. Why did I have an appointment, that was confirmed and they must have sent me several emails, texts, all reminders for the appointment. Great customer service. This is basic customer service 101. John and the team at the Norristown Maaco are absolutely top-notch! I couldn’t be happier with the paint job on my 2010 Honda Civic — I literally can’t believe how great it looks.
