EDIT to ensure accuracy :) I did accept responsibility for the hit and run. My point of contention was driving an hour each way to hand deliver a check. Made an appointment yesterday for today by phone to get an estimate on a complete car repaint. We asked if they did complete repaints. We were told yes, was asked the make and model and set an appointment for an estimate - great, see you tomorrow. Got there, the door to the street was locked and after knocking, it was unlocked by a woman who was yelling at her phone. She walked around us, yelling, to another room to continue her yelling.
