Fred was wonderful in taking the time to help us with a pre estimate for repairing a car determined total loss by insurance. He took the time to ask questions and gave us valuable information to help us with our decision. Great customer service is rare these days and we were not even customers at the time. We certainly will be back in the future if the need arises!
I’ve used many autobody repair shops over the years in other states and recently used Maaco in Bloomington, IL to fix my car’s bumper and add some pinstripes for accents. The owner Fred and his team did an outstanding job. Fred is a straight shooter and tells you the way to fix it right and reasonable prices. He has an eye for detail and highly skilled professional work. I highly recommend them and would use again for their professional services. Thanks
