Excellent service. John and Steve at the Greenville NC MAACO and the team do quality work. Many people give the company a bad wrap but where else can they go for a cheap paint job so quick. Will definitely use them again.

The customer service was awesome. Upon getting my truck painted I signed a paper stating that they don't remove over spray. That's a terrible policy, especially with a company that has paint shops in nearly every state. The overspray was a little extension to me. I'm a firm believer that if you make a mess you clean it up. As far as the paint job itself, I have no complaints. I honestly understand some overspray but I would never use Maaco again because of that policy.

I brought in a 105 Howitzer to Maaco of Greenville NC that had been sitting in front of our VFW post for 23 years, and had served the military over 50 years before that. There were numerous layers of paint and lots of rust. The people at Maaco were great and their level of excitement to actually be doing the cannon for us was incredible. They did a great job with my vehicle. My entire vehicle was repainted. I primarily worked with Steve and I appreciated how thorough he was with explaining the entire process. Prior to starting the job, he made sure to make me aware that the emblems on my car were one time use and may not be able to be added back to my car and/or be put back in the incorrect location (which did happen). I WAS CHARGED 93% OVER THE ESITIMATE! This Maaco shop gave me an estimate for $189.50 to install a bumper and headlight assemblies that I supplied. When the work was completed, they told me, oh, it took a couple extra hours labor. So, I asked, how much is it? And John said, $365.30. That's 93% over the estimate without notifying me beforehand!
