Good customer service and great job done
I went to get an estimate for my jeep wrangler. Worse mistake I made by going there. I didn't know that until they had my jeep for over 2 1/2 weeks. My husband called and we were getting the run around over and over......long story short I wouldn't recommend this Macco in Plainfield to no one. I really want to say more but I love the color of my jeep it's beautiful so I will give some grace. Rating I will give 1 the lowest of the low. Very disappointed!!!!
I was greatly satisfied with your service in many ways. You offered fair price quotes , both with and without paint in your quotes. The process start to finish was timely. You were able to reset both my bumper and fog light. Nothing was pushy in sales process. The work was done fast and you cleaned the hand prints and dust from the car without my asking to complete the job. It looks great
