I recently brought my vehicle to this location for a full paint job and opted for the higher-priced package that includes a five-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. [Edit on 7/6/25 to include that they responded below asking me to call them so they can "make it right." This appears to be their response to make it publicly look like they are doing right by there customer. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, run the other way. I took my 2007 Tacoma in for a simple roof repaint, and what I got was the landlord special of automotive painting—cheap, rushed, sloppy, and completely lacking in pride or professionalism. Let’s start with the promises: The shop agreed to remove the roof moldings and third brake light before sanding. -Bubbles -Cracks -Dust particles Paperwork states panels are not removed during the painting process. Not only did they remove panels, clips were broken. Screws and panels were just thrown in the back seat when upon picking up the vehicle. I had to put them back on myself.
