The experience over the phone vs when they saw me in person was night and day. Over the phone, they were very cordial and helpful and asked me to come down with the truck for a more exact estimate. When I walked in the door, I couldn't feel more unwelcome. One technician sat there just staring at me like, "why are you here, you don't belong here." I had great experience at Maaco on South Hill. Initially called spoke with Kaylee and made a trip out to the shop. Kaylee gave me a quote . She was knowledgeable and made the process seamless. I was on the schedule the following Monday. Since there wasn’t dents or body work required, my car was ready in 48hrs. It turned out exactly how I wanted my car to look when I started thinking about painting it. First class! Good people and Kaylee and Jessica are great ambassadors for the business. Thank you!
