Macco on Richmond Terrace, Staten Island is amazing. They did an awesome job at doing my body work. Justo Alvarez Is upfront and straightforward at least you know where you stand with Justo, compared to other places I have gotten estimates at. Laura the office manager is an awesome individual. She went above and beyond. Laura, Micheal and Justo were amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. The staff explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Thankgod I came here. My car looks brand new!!
Loved this maaco on Richmond terr. Had to come for a carvana issue just got my car and they use macco for their maintenance through silver rock. The staff here were efficient, attentive and knowledgeable the Laura (I think) the receptionist was great and so was Michael (I think) the young man that handled my case. Hopefully I don’t need any other work done but I appreciate their service and support.
I had a great experience here at the shop wonderful customer service by everyone in the office and the workers were amazing. My car was fixed in a good amount of time and job was done perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!!!
