I have had several of my vehicles painted at Macco. Just Recently I had my 99 Surburban painted Matte black. Frank and crew did an awesome job. Frank the owner goes out of his way to insure your vehicle gets the attention needed to satisfy your request. The finished product usually in my times utilizing this Macco. Always came out as I requested. The key is patience this shop stays busy.
Got the hatch back on my Hyundai and the paint had runs so have to take it back to do over.
I recently had my 2015 Nissan door repaired. Due to age of vehicle and it being a light blue they were not able to match the colors to my satisfaction. They also told me the car would be ready on the 8th and it wasn't until the 13th ready for pickup. This caused me extra days to rent a car. They did clean the car where they worked on to my satisfaction however the customer service was sort of hostile when I voiced my disappointment with the repair job. My dad left me a 2010 Cadillac CTS that was in excellent shape mechanically but the paint was in terrible condition. My son wanted to drive it and instead of selling it we decided to keep it and get it painted. It was my mom’s car and she dreamed about buying a Cadillac and she did back in in 2010. We decided to change the color and get their better paint job. After pricing custom paint jobs, I felt their price was reasonable. Picked it up today and it looks great.
