I delivered my 1998 mustang convertible to maaco collision center in Apopka February 22nd at 8:30 a.m. as requested March 1st Monday I received a call around 9:30 in the morning to come in and pick up my car because they are going out of business and would not be able to do the job after holding my car for a week. Not happy.
Horrible! Good thing they are closing
My appointment for my car was January 25th. I dropped it off on that day. No body work was done just painted. After many calls and many unnecessary visits it was finally done yesterday March 2nd. I was without my car for 5 weeks and they couldn’t have cared less. The paint job was pretty good tho so there’s that good thing
Absolutely ridiculous! Late to open the business. Took my car in to get repainted a week ago said it would take 5-10 business days, understandable. Called to get an update a week later since it was nearing the pickup date only for them to tell me they didn't touch my car and they're moving locations!? This is not a way to run a business if you're serious and care about your customers. I would not recommend this shop.
I do not recommend you take your vehicle to this location.
