This was one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting my car serviced! Maco was able to replace my side mirror and save me more money than I would anywhere else! Front desk receptionist was helpful, friendly, and funny. She made the fact that I came while it was snowing so much better. Would always recommend getting services from here!
Aboslutely awesome experience from start to finish. Front desk, to shop the crew is amazing. I had my tundra repainted, and they did great work. Chrissy went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I got my truck back in good time, and looking brand new! They saw my vision and brought it to life. Couldn't be more grateful and will be bringing all our vehicles in for paint in the future here.
Macco is terrible over the summer I brought my car there to get the back window fixed and the frame I got my car back and they ruined the paint on both sides of the back window quarter panels it looks like permanent adhesive marks that wont come off and they 100% were not there before I brought it to them they also ruined the paint on my driver's side fender they some how splashed some paint melting fluid or gell all over it which rotted the paint off completely and they were suposed to replace the trunk with a new one and r... read more
This not about the work they do.. It's about the attitude at the front desk... I brought my car here for dent removal and paint, but the customer service was completely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the staff member was hostile and rude. When my friend tried to secure a loose part of the door to prevent it from falling, she made sarcastic comments rather than offering help.
