I made an online appointment for 11:30am on 11/19/18. Arrived and there was a note on the door that it had closed down. There was a light on inside but the place was empty. Sounds like a good thing from reading all the negative reviews. The website needs to be removed.

Don't ever go to this place . They broke my air condition vent . When I examined the car I found that they painted my mud flaps,splash guard white. I then opened the back door to find white paint all over my door and window rubber.They also over sprayed my fender wells white . I don't know if I should call my Lawyer or not. What ever you do don't go to this place .

Last week I picked up my car from Maaco in Hamden. And love the job that was done. Also, the staff was helpful and professional from working with the insurance company that only wanted to repair instead of replace the part needed (they did replace) and the car rental agency on my behalf. In conclusion, an experience like having your car worked on can be stressful and time consuming but this particular experience was neither.
