I brought my car in after having backed into a poll, with a small dent in the rear panel and a few scratches. I ended up bringing it back three more times to fix mistakes they made, including forgetting to attach a bracket and a misaligned rear panel. Their customer service is dreadful. One time I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. The employee at the front desk looked at me, picked up a part and gave it to another employee, saying "This goes on her car". Took my 2000 Camry to have right rear quarter panel repaired and paint job. Maaco painted the entire car including bumpers. Car looks brand new exceptional job.
Worst customer service, no updates nor call backs. They don't even check their own work. Big scratch after painting and has taken 3 more days to fix scratch and still waiting. Nobody cares about the customer.
Maria Cruz is the absolute best, took my Cadillac to get my fender to get repaired, they a wonderful job , matched the paint to perfection, will go back if ever I need repair again!! Thank you Maria!
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS, VENDORS, EMPLOYEES - BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH MAACO TEMECULA! In February, Maaco management/ownership called me for an emergency repair for equipment that was not working. My company provided the service with efficiency, confirmed by their staff and Frank the manager, authorizing and agreeing to pay the amount.
