I took my 2019 car with 2668 miles in to Maaco and Glen Burnie on Azur Dr for some minor damage to the driver side door and rear bumper on driver side. The interior of my car was covered in dust. AlsoI now have paint spray on my windshield and on both passenger side windows. I have tape lines and paint spray on my roof as well as my trunk. Horrible,cant beleive they destroyed my wifes car,runs and overspray everywhere. Typical Maaco.....WOWWWWWWW
Terrible experience. Dont trust anything the manager george tells you. They messed up my car and would not make it right. No help from macco corp either.
Also had a very bad experience with this shop. Don't believe anything the manager, George, tells you. They were supposed to fix a dented fender and instead chose to replace it without telling me. When I picked up the car i pointed out that it did not line up. They said not responsible if things don't line up. Corporate Macco was worthless and told me to go back to the shop.
I do agree with the fender review. The manager is not an honest person as well. I took mine for a minor job and they messed up my fender and did not say anything to me about the scratches they made on my car. Go at your own risk! Also if you decide to take the risk, make sure everything they say they are going to do is in black and white.

its bad dont go there they dont do good work
I went to Maacco after a minor finder bender for repairs about 7 months ago. My bumper was damaged beyond repair so i had Maacco take the old one off. Macco then painted and put the new one on. This process took three days. Macco assured me they could handle this custom repair. When i got my car back i saw only one problem. The bumper wasn't flush on the sides of the car.
