Unfortunately I left the Burbank MAACO without getting anything done. The girl with the pink hair at the counter was rude and did not offer any information but to call the guy on the card. 10:30 came and went and no answer from his cell. Awful service if you ask me.
I needed an estimate on my rear bumper. I had a minor fender bender but I wanted it to be repaired properly. I spent 90 minutes trying find a place that was open. I live in LA & was going to drive all the way to Burbank to get a proper estimate. This guy tells me to send him a picture & he would provide me an estimate based off of that??!! Really?
