Came to pick up my truck 3 times, just for a bumper they couldn’t seem to get right. 1st time had overspray all over it. 2nd time paint was literally running all down the bumper. 3rd time there was still a little overspray and a chip! Was told they would call me and schedule a time to get it right and have not heard from them since. I’m only leaving this review because they’ve failed to make it right after I’ve given them 3 chances and plenty of time. Avoid this shop. No quality control whatsoever.

RecommendedDealt with Jay, Dale and Rich while getting my daughters car repaired and painted. All knowledgeable and friendly. Kept in contact with almost daily, Saved a large amount of money by using them and am very pleased with the job done. Will use them again when I need paint or repairs. (Hopefully not very soon)
By doing quality work and returning phone calls. We got a car painted and one of the guys splashed solvent on the drivers door. The manager had us bring it back to have the door repainted. It does not match and he knew that when we left. I called to make an appointment to bring it back and that manager is no longer there. the new manager won't return my calls and I have emailed pictures to her.

They gave me nothing but the run around about my mirror cap and at one point had lost it. It was in the shop shy of a month which is ridiculous. It wasn’t until I ran into their regional manager that I was to get the mirror cap painted right and he even gave me a huge discount for all the trouble I experienced. Thank you Ronnie for taking care of me.
