Very poor customer service over the phone, bad attitude and unfriendly. I will be going to the maaco in Fairfield.
Great service. They did what they said. The job was perfect. It was ready when they said it would be.
Overall the experience here was bad. Vince worked with me to get my door fixed and was told it was going to be done latest Friday. Tuesday comes around with no updates about how my car is and finally was able to pick it up. One of my agreements with Vince was that I had to make sure it was less than $1800 to paint my door. He told me it will be and finalized price was $1799 with a $54 card fee. My door now has a missing trim piece with a consistent whistle from the air blowing in. I brought in a 1989 Blazer for paint and body work. Vince handled the initial estimate and time line. He pointed out some damage that I did not notice before. Every dent and rust area was repaired. They performed more prep work than I was anticipating. The final product turned out fantastic. Would highly recommend this location.
