Sean was very helpful with helping me pick the perfect color for my car. The staff was very friendly and did a awesome job on my car. I give high recommendation.
Very unprofessional and sloppy work. It looks like they just threw paint around and never heard of taping! When I got my car back there was damage done to the trunk of my car and my gas tank lid that was not there before. Bumps in bumper as well! I showed it to the manager he lied and said it was already there and they didn't see it. Isn't their job to access the damages and NOT add more? The paint job was super sloppy! Absolutely horrible in every way. It literally took twice as long as they said it would. I paid $1000.00 in cash to do a easy paint job. There was lie after lie. I literally went up there 9 times. My husband took his truck there to be painted. It took a lot longer than what they claimed and the paint job was poorly done. When I called I was cursed at and told it was not their fault. Poor customer service and extremely poor quality work. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Poor quality, shady business practices, and horrible customer service. I was charged for parts that were not installed on my vehicle. They fail at vehicle reassembly (missing bolts, damaged wiring). They fail at painting (paint is runny and pitted). They fail at customer service. Stay away!!!
Stay away from this place. A straight forward bumper replacement that we were told would only take three days ended up taking a whole week... The manager acted like it was an inconvenience to give us an update on the progress when we called to find out when it would be done (after the due date came and went). This place has the worst customer service and obviously cares very little about repeat business..
Took my vehicle to get collision repairs and during the time my vehicle was in there possession a professionally mounted amplifier was stolen off my vehicle this item was bolted down to my vehicle . Talk to the manager immediately and he promised to resolve the issue but never did and in not so many words called me a liar and a scammer. I recently had my truck painted there, and would strongly advise against it. They promise you the world and deliver very little. The manager/ owner is a worm. I was told in great detail exactly what would be done with the truck and when I picked it up and pointed out the issues they said "oh that is because the paint is very fresh and we can't fix it for a couple weeks.
