This is unfortunately not my first visit. The staff are easy to work with.
Our car had been painted before by Maaco when the Suburban had severe rust on both the hood and the crown. It presented quite a challenge to repair and resurface. Even when we had to return the car because of the return of the rust on the hood, Maaco worked with us to find a solution and repainted the whole car again (after we purchased a replacement hood) for no additional cost. A friend of mine got her car repainted at another place in Durham and it cost her over $3K. The paint was oxidizing on my roof pretty bad and the hood was getting in on the action too. I also needed a little body work from a minor fender bender. Drove an hour just to get my car painted here because of the great reviews they had. The staff was super friendly and walked me through every part of the painting and paperwork process. Picked out a color and the finished product looked just as good as promised. Would definitely recommend anyone coming here and would be glad to come back.

I just went here to fix my break light that had a screw loose. I didn't know how to fix it and was using duct tape in order to keep it up. I finally had the time to go to Maaco and Ron did it in ten minutes. It was a simple task but something that I probably wasn't going to do on my own. When it was done, I showed him the other damage that was on my car.
