They called me to pick up vehicle. I waited and waited for the car over 45 minutes. I was almost late to an appointment so i could linger. They pulled my car out and immediately pulled the gate down along with the manager. My car was wet and the hood i had them paint is full of swirl marks. The manager said he would re attach a lower trim piece no charge. It was not attached. Over all they dont keep to their word and drag their feet.
As always, great service at a reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend this shop more.
Went for my car door replacement on a Saturday as they told me to come in, they said about a hour but waited three hours. However it was worth the wait because of exceptional customer service. Good things take patience :) They get the job done and very friendly!!! Definitely will come back.
I have been dealing with this shop for over 15 years. I love my cars and like them looking pristine at all times. These people are my emergency drs for my car. I WILL NOT GO anywhere else.
