They did a good job making my dent look like it was never there! I’m happy that they were also so affordable compared to all the other body shops I got an estimate for. I can say the customer service can be better with a more organization in scheduling when their are any changes and reaching out to customers instead of customers having to reach out to them. Within the shop could definitely be cleaner and more organization could make a customer more at ease to trust them with their car. Other than that I’m happy!

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the lobby was cluttered with boxes everywhere. An older gentleman eventually acknowledged me, but his demeanor was very cold and unwelcoming from the start. After briefly looking at my car — which is already in very good condition aside from a few scratches and swirl marks — he immediately quoted me $3,500 without explaining any paint options, packages, or even properly assessing the vehicle.
