My bumper and quarter panel needed to be repaired. So, I started looking for a shop to repair my vehicle. I went to Maaco to get an estimate. LaTonya Smith gave me a reasonable price and said I would have a two year warranty. She gave me the advertised discount I told her about. LaTonya even went a little further and told me about another discount that I could receive. I did what she suggested and now my estimate is lower than I expected. Maaco did a great job. I got my car when promised. It was cheaper than I thought. Throughout the process they even emailed me pictures of my car. I couldn't be happier with the work.
I'm not sure where to even begin. It took an entire week for them to do a rhino lining on my truck and the same day literally every line was peeling. They also broke a tab on my bumper and luckily I caught it. I scheduled a day to bring it back to get it fixed two weeks later (so that they could actually do it that day rather than going without my truck for another week). No one "showed up" to do the rhino lining but they didn't call to let me know, I had to find out later in the day when I was supposed to pick it up. The wo... read more

Overall I had a bad experience with them. The work I had done was good quality, however the customer service was horrible. I made an appointment to have my truck bed rhino lined on a Tuesday. I was going to be out of town for the week so I dropped the truck off on Monday and asked if I could return Friday morning to pick it up. I was told this would not be a problem.
